Who we are

Origin 360° Math Academy is run by Dominic Desa, who gives 1-on-1 maths tuition for Grades 7–10. Questions about this notice go to Dominic on WhatsApp at +91 98221 66001 or by email at origin360goa@gmail.com.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no cookies and no tracking or analytics. The enquiry form doesn't send anything to us by itself: it writes your answers into a WhatsApp message, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive:

• the student's first name, grade and board
• whether you'd like home or online classes, and your area or city
• anything you choose to tell us about the student's needs
• your WhatsApp number and name, as WhatsApp shows them to us

Once tuition starts, we also keep the student's work and progress notes so we can plan lessons and update you.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo class, schedule and teach lessons, and keep you updated on your child's progress. We don't sell your details, share them with anyone else, or use them for advertising.

Children's details

Our students are under 18, so we ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry and agree to tuition. We collect only what we need to teach your child.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with tuition, we delete your enquiry within 6 months. For students, we keep contact details and progress notes while they're studying with us and for up to one year afterwards, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you or your child. Send a WhatsApp message or email and we'll do it promptly.

Other services

Messages travel through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Our web host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security, and doesn't share them with us for marketing.
